How to upgrade or downgrade subscription?

Click on "Settings" in the main website navigation or the "User Icon" on the top right of the page. This will take you to your account settings where you can manage various aspects.

Once there, click on "Subscriptions," and then select "Change Plan." Select the plan that you want to upgrade to or downgrade to and it will prompt you through the process.
